Growing up, I was always interested in sports. By the time I was in middle school I was involved in basketball, baseball, football, and soccer. In high school, I added track, boxing, and weightlifting to the mix.
It wasn’t until after my school years that I started worrying about fitness. After being out of shape for several years post-college, I decided it was time to make a change. Since then, I have been dedicated to being in the best shape I can be. After years of studying sports and fitness, I have developed a wealth of knowledge. I would like to share what I have learned with others, so I started this site.
